Help Desk Ticket

The Help Desk Ticket screen can be accessed from the user menu in the top right corner. This screen will prepopulate with relevant system information and will allow a user to enter text and submit to CDE for review.

Help Desk Ticket dialog box  with several fields described below that a user must complete including a description of the issue or problem in order for the technical team to better understand and correct the issue. This dialog box works like an email client.

  1. System Date
  2. User Account Information
  3. Subject of the Issue
  4. Email Body – Detailed description of the issue or suggestion.
  5. Action buttons – Cancel and Send button
